This week I spoke with Nazerah, CEO of Exzma Skincare.

In this interview Nazerah shared how Exzma Skincare started while she was still in a full time executive, a Chief Marketing Officer. She shared exactly how she turned something she found beneficial for herself into a product that is now sold internationally. We discussed the challenges of selling internationally and the difficulties of managing cash flow in an online store that is reliant on advertising. Nazerah believes in the law of attraction and explains how it has helped her manage herself and her business better.
